Instructions

  1. Prepare gluten free Guinness bread dough and let rise. Bake according to the provided recipe. Season beef with salt and pepper. Coat in flour, shaking off excess. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Brown meat on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot. Cook until vegetables are softened. Return beef to pot. Add red wine, beef broth, bay leaf, thyme, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for
