Cultural or Historical Background

Cubano Sliders are inspired by the classic Cuban sandwich, which combines roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles between two slices of Cuban bread. In this version, we've made it more approachable by using slider buns and added sweet plantains for an extra touch of Cuban flavor.
