  • fed beef sirloin, cut into cubes 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 small zucchini, sliced 1 cup cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste

  3. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium high heat. Cook the skewers for about 4 5 minutes per side, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness and vegetables are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the minced garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the creamy garlic sauce.
  5. Serve the skewers with a generous dollop of garlic sauce on the side.
