On a separate griddle or pan, cook the cherry tomatoes until they start to blister. Season with salt and pepper. f. Grill the mushrooms until tender and slightly golden, then season with salt and pepper. g. Steam or blanch the asparagus for 3 4 minutes until bright green and tender crisp. Season with salt. h. Lightly toast the gluten free bread slices and spread a thin layer of butter on each slice. i. Arrange all components on a large serving platter or individual plates, as desired.
