2 cups chopped fresh vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups half
and
half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Add cold butter cubes and use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the mixture until it forms coarse crumbs.
Gradually add ice water and mix until the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
