  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3 4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add Szechuan chili sauce, soy sauce (or tamari), coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and mix well with the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. In another skillet or pan, heat a little avocado oil over medium heat. Add the spiralized zucchinis and cook until just tender, about 3 4 minutes.
  6. Plate the zucchini noodles, top with the Szechuan beef stir fry, and garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve immediately.
