A no-cook Brazilian-inspired dessert layering blended açai and mixed berries with whipped coconut cream, drizzled with honey and garnished with fresh mint.
Açai berries have been a staple in the Amazonian diet for centuries. They are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats, making them a popular superfood in modern diets as well.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen açai puree
- 2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 13 1/2 fl oz coconut cream
- 3 tbsp honey
- fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen açai puree and half of the mixed fresh berries. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the açai and berry blend into six individual serving glasses or bowls.

In another bowl, whip the coconut cream until it reaches soft peaks.

Gently spoon the whipped coconut cream over the açai and berry layer in each serving glass or bowl.

Drizzle honey generously over the whipped coconut cream.

Top with remaining mixed fresh berries and finish by placing a sprig of fresh mint leaves on each dessert.
