Ingredients
- 3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 10 almond biscuits, crushed
- 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

In another bowl, gently toss the fresh berries with lemon zest.

Begin assembling the parfaits by layering crushed almond biscuits, followed by yogurt mixture, and then berries in a glass or mason jar. Repeat until you reach the top of the container.
