This mocktail was inspired by the Aegean Sea and the Greek islands, capturing the essence of their beauty and tranquility in each sip.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 fl oz sparkling water
- 1 fl oz agave syrup
- 2 fl oz cucumber puree
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 2 lemon wheels, for garnish
- 2 fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker to release their flavors.

Add the lemon juice, agave syrup, and cucumber puree to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain into two glasses filled with fresh ice and top each with sparkling water. Give a gentle stir.

Plating Tips
Serve in a tall glass or wine glass over plenty of ice. A thin cucumber ribbon draped along the inside of the glass adds a polished touch.
