About This Recipe

A crisp, refreshing mocktail that blends lemon, cucumber, and mint with a touch of agave sweetness. Light and floral, it makes a great alcohol-free option for warm weather gatherings.

This mocktail was inspired by the Aegean Sea and the Greek islands, capturing the essence of their beauty and tranquility in each sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 fl oz sparkling water
  • 1 fl oz agave syrup
  • 2 fl oz cucumber puree
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 2 lemon wheels, for garnish
  • 2 fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

    Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker to release their flavors.

    Add the lemon juice, agave syrup, and cucumber puree to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

    Strain into two glasses filled with fresh ice and top each with sparkling water. Give a gentle stir.
