Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for vegan version)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions
