This Aegean Sunset Delight pays homage to the traditional Turkish drink Salep Çayı, while adding a contemporary twist with crushed pistachios.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp rosewater
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a saucepan, combine the milk and honey over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the honey dissolves completely (2 minutes).

Remove from heat, add rosewater and vanilla extract, stirring gently to blend flavors (30 seconds).

Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes before straining it into two individual serving glasses through a fine-mesh sieve (1 minute).

Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the top of each glass, creating a delicate contrast between the golden liquid and the vibrant green garnish (20 seconds).
