About This Recipe

A refreshing Hawaiian-inspired mocktail blending pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, and a touch of almond extract. Sweet, tart, and perfectly chilled for warm-weather sipping.

The Hawaiian Islands are known for their beautiful sunsets and vibrant culture, which is reflected in the flavors of this tropical mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 6 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 6 pineapple slices for garnish
  • 6 maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

    In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar.

Layer the pineapple slice on the rim of the glass with the cherry and mint sprig tucked alongside it. For a sunset effect, slowly pour a splash of grenadine down the side of the glass before serving.
