A refreshing Hawaiian-inspired mocktail blending pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, and a touch of almond extract. Sweet, tart, and perfectly chilled for warm-weather sipping.

Ingredients
- 2 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 6 sprigs of fresh mint
- 6 pineapple slices for garnish
- 6 maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until well-chilled.

Chef's Notes
This mocktail can be easily doubled or tripled to serve a larger crowd.

Layer the pineapple slice on the rim of the glass with the cherry and mint sprig tucked alongside it. For a sunset effect, slowly pour a splash of grenadine down the side of the glass before serving.
