Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
- In a sundae glass or bowl, scoop two large mounds of vanilla ice cream.
- In a separate dish, gently toss the mixed berries with 1/4 cup of the chocolate syrup until evenly coated.
- Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup over the vanilla ice cream in the sundae glass or bowl.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate drizzled ice cream.
- Layer the chocolate coated berries over the graham crackers, pressing down slightly to anchor them.
- Finish with another layer of vanilla ice cream, followed by a final sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
