Amaretti Bianco: Almond Bliss
About This Recipe
A creamy Italian-inspired cocktail made with Amaretto liqueur, heavy cream, and crushed amaretti cookies, served chilled with white chocolate garnish.
Amaretti biscuits have been made in Sardinia since the 14th century. Originally crafted from almonds, sugar, and egg whites, they became a staple of Italian confectionery. Amaretto liqueur, with its signature almond flavor, emerged later from Saronno in Lombardy. This cocktail marries both traditions into a rich, dessert-style drink.
