  • 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Large Lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • Fresh Pineapple Chunks (to taste)
  • Fresh Mango Chunks (to taste)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Crushed Ice for rolling the glass

Instructions

  1. In a sturdy resealable plastic bag, place the lime wedges and coconut sugar. Use a rolling pin or your hands to gently crush the mixture until the sugar is well incorporated into the lime juice.
  2. Place crushed ice in a shaker or large glass and pour cachaça over it. Add the sugared lime mix from the plastic bag and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into an ice filled glass, pressing down on the lime to release all the flavors.
  3. For the garnish, drizzle a generous amount of caramelized sugar on the rim of the glass. Roll it in fresh pineapple and mango chunks, pressing them gently onto the caramelized sugar.
  4. Top with a pineapple leaf and a mango slice as an elegant finishing touch.
