- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine spinach leaves, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, avocado, protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, and flaxseed.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 2 minutes. Add more ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- Serve immediately in 4 glasses or portable containers.
