Ingredients

  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 small lemon, peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions

    Wash the spinach, green apple, cucumber, and lemon thoroughly.

    Peel the lemon to remove the rind.
