Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 banana, ripe
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla or unflavored
- ice cubes, as needed
