Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla or unflavored
  • ice cubes, as needed

Instructions
