Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup, optional
