Instructions
- In a saucepan, gently heat the raspberries and sugar over low heat until the berries release their juice and break down slightly.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to extract the liquid, discarding the solids.
- Allow the strained liquid to cool completely.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled raspberry syrup, rose water, and a few ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into two champagne flutes, filling them halfway.
- Top off each glass with champagne and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh edible flowers for an added touch of romance.
