About This Recipe

A refreshing Greek-inspired mocktail combining white grape juice, pomegranate syrup, and chilled coconut milk. Garnished with fresh mint and pomegranate seeds for a fruity, creamy non-alcoholic drink.

This mocktail is inspired by ancient Greek mythology, particularly the goddess Aphrodite, who was known for her beauty and love.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz white grape juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 fl oz pomegranate syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, chilled
  • 4 sprig mint
  • ice cubes
  • pomegranate seeds, for garnish

Instructions

    In a shaker, combine the white grape juice and pomegranate syrup.

    Add the chilled coconut milk and shake vigorously until well combined.
