Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Tsipourou (Greek brandy)
- 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 fl oz agave syrup (optional)
- 2 fl oz cold water
- 6 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- splash of soda water
- ice cubes

In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the agave syrup and lemon juice until the mint is fragrant and slightly bruised.

Add the Tsipourou and cold water to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, and seal it tightly.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, allowing the flavors to meld and harmonize within the elixir.
