About This Recipe

A refreshing lavender-lemon mocktail made with coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and homemade lavender syrup. Light, floral, and naturally hydrating.

This divine drink is inspired by the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite, who was often associated with lemon and lavender.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 fl oz fresh lavender syrup
  • 4 fl oz coconut water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. 2

Add lemon juice and lavender syrup to the shaker.

  3. 3

Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well combined.

  4. 4

Strain into two chilled coupe glasses, discarding the ice from the shaker.

  5. 5

Top each glass with coconut water and garnish with a lemon twist.

Chef's Notes

For a fizzy version, substitute sparkling water for the coconut water. Chill the coupe glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving for the best experience.

Plating Tips

Serve in chilled coupe glasses with a sprig of fresh lavender and a lemon twist draped over the rim.
