
Arctic Chill Elderflower Spritzer

A light and refreshing spritzer combining elderflower liqueur with muddled mixed berries and sparkling water. Served over ice, it works well for warm summer evenings or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients
- 2 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 4 oz sparkling water
- ice cubes
Instructions

Fill two glasses with ice cubes and set them aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine elderflower liqueur with mixed fresh berries. Gently muddle the berries to release their juices.

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the glasses, leaving behind the berry pulp in the shaker.
