1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oregano, dried
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
