Aurora Mocktail: A Nordic Twilight in a Glass
About This Recipe

The name "Aurora" is inspired by the natural phenomenon known as the aurora borealis, which is most commonly seen in the high latitude regions such as those found in the Nordic countries.

Chef's Notes
For a frostier drink, use frozen berries and blend instead of shaking. You can also add a splash of sparkling water for effervescence.
Plating Tips
Place the edible gold and silver leaf gently on the surface of each drink just before serving. Float a few whole blueberries and raspberries on top for a colorful, layered presentation.
