Ingredients
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 small green apple
- 1 small cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 cup watermelon
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Remove kale leaves from stem and discard stems.
- Peel the green apple and cucumber, and cut them into chunks.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice.
- Chop pineapple and watermelon into chunks.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
