Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

Instructions
