Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, 1 small onion, diced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 2 cups cooked and sliced chicken or shrimp

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in the rice, mixed vegetables, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Cook for 3 4 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan, and add the eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs, then mix them into the rice.
  4. Add the cooked chicken or shrimp and cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
