  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated erythritol
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • free caramel sauce
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, 3 tablespoons of erythritol, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
  5. Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  6. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup of erythritol until smooth.
  7. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, then drizzle the sugar free caramel sauce over the top.
  9. Bake for 30 35 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  10. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tart pan.
