  • sized flour tortillas

  • 3 tablespoons Tex
  • Mex seasoning blend
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Optional: avocado, salsa, sour cream, and cheese for toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef strips, onion, and bell peppers. Sprinkle with Tex Mex seasoning blend and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the preheated grill.
  3. Skewer the seasoned beef, onion, and bell peppers onto metal skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  4. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few moments.
  5. Assemble the fajitas by placing cooked beef and vegetables onto warmed tortillas, adding your choice of toppings if desired. Serve immediately.
