Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat and add the Bold & Bold Taco Seasoning Mix, following package directions. Set aside.
  2. Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or on a grill for 10 15 seconds per side until slightly crispy but not breaking apart. Keep them warm while preparing the tacos.
  3. Assemble the tacos by adding a spoonful of seasoned ground beef to each tortilla, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, crumbled queso fresco, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream.
  4. Finish the tacos with a squeeze of lime juice, a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, and a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately!
