  2. Season the chicken with salt, to taste. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over it. Make sure all pieces are evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6 7 minutes per side or until cooked through and slightly charred. Baste with additional BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling for added flavor and a shiny glaze.
  5. Remove from heat, let rest for a couple of minutes, and then serve immediately.
