Ingredients

  • 1. 3 lbs bone
  • in pork ribs 2. 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed 3. 1 lb smoked sausage links 4. 2 cups barbecue sauce 5. 1 cup bourbon 6. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 7. 1/4 cup brown sugar 8. 1/4 cup molasses 9. 1 tbsp chili powder 10. 1 tsp smoked paprika 11. 1 tsp garlic powder 12. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium high heat, around 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Season pork ribs, chicken wings, and sausage links with salt and pepper.
  4. Place ribs on grill grate, meaty side down, and cook for 20 minutes. Flip and baste with sauce. Repeat, basting every 5 minutes until cooked through, about 1 hour total.
  5. Move wings to indirect heat and cook for 15 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Baste with sauce and cook until done, about 45 minutes total.
  6. Grill sausages for 8 10 minutes, turning frequently, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove all meats from the grill and tent with foil to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For added smokiness, soak wooden chips in water for 30 minutes before placing them on the hot coals to create a smoke bath for your meats.
