- 2 cups guaraná smoothie (blend 16oz guaraná soda with 4 frozen bananas)
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate, grated or chopped
- 2 cups passion fruit slices
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine guaraná smoothie and coconut cream. Mix well.
- Gradually add grated dark chocolate, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Fold in passion fruit slices, honey, and lime zest.
- Pour the mixture into two serving glasses, filling about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle toasted shredded coconut over the top of each glass.
- Top with a layer of white chocolate chips.
