Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 3 large egg whites
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions
- In a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate and heavy cream over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar and continue whisking until glossy and stable.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped egg whites, creating a smooth mousse.
- Scoop a generous portion of the chocolate mousse into two small serving dishes.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp. Drizzle the pulp over the chocolate mousse.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves, and serve immediately.
