Prepare the açaí bowl by blending frozen açaí berries, banana, almond milk, and sweetener (if using) in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into bowls and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, oats, flour, shredded cheese, beaten egg or flax egg, cilantro, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the dough for the fritters. Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Scoop small portions of the dough onto the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, approximately 2 3 minutes per side. Set aside.
