Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, spinach, mixed berries, protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and stevia. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat. Add sugar free bread slices and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add a splash of almond milk and crack 4 eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook to your desired egg consistency.
