  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create your smoky, sweet glaze. Set aside.
  3. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for 6 8 minutes or until slightly charred. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
  4. Slather each ear of corn with the prepared glaze, then sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese and freshly chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
