  • 4 fresh ripe peaches, halved and pitted

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, liquid smoke, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Thread sausage links onto soaked skewers, alternating with peach halves.
  4. Brush peaches with the prepared sauce, reserving some for serving.
  5. Preheat grill to medium high heat (about 375°F). Grill peach sausage skewers until sausage is cooked through and slightly charred, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes. Drizzle with remaining sauce before serving.
