1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine white wine, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cinnamon stick, and orange zest and slices.
Stir gently to combine ingredients. Cover the pitcher and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Before serving, remove the cinnamon stick and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a clean pitcher, pressing on the solids to release all the liquid.
Discard the solids and add sparkling mineral water to the strained mixture. Stir gently to combine.
