Ingredients
- 2 oz cherry juice (from concentrate)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the cherry juice and honey. Shake well to dissolve the honey.
- Add coconut water and raspberries to the shaker. Muddle gently to release the raspberry flavor.
- Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 15 20 seconds.
- Strain the mocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with chia seeds and garnish with mint sprigs.
