  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, gently warm the almond milk until it begins to steam but not boil.
  3. Pour the warmed almond milk over the chocolate pieces in the bowl, let it sit for about 1 minute and then whisk gently until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add stevia extract, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt into the chocolate mixture. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks using an electric mixer or whisk.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined and slightly thickened.
  7. Pour the Chocolate Almond Cream Silk into two elegant glasses, leaving a little space at the top for garnishing.
