Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled 8 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups sparkling water, chilled Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Dip half of the strawberries into the melted chocolate, leaving some space for decoration, then place on parchment paper. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Once chocolate is set, drizzle a small amount over each remaining strawberry. Place back in the fridge until ready to serve.
- In a large pitcher, combine whipped cream and sparkling water. Gently stir until combined.
- Fill glasses with a generous portion of the whipped cream mixture, then add three chocolate dipped strawberries per glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy the indulgence.
