  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, orange zest, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack.
