Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.

Repeat layering with remaining croissant cubes, bacon, herbs, and cheese, followed by the rest of the egg mixture. Press down gently to ensure even distribution.
Bake for 30 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
