free sticky rice, rinsed and soaked in water for 2 hours
1 can (13.5 oz) full
fat coconut milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced
4 passion fruits, halved and scooped
Instructions
In a steamer, steam the soaked gluten free sticky rice with coconut milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, shape into bite sized balls and set aside.
Arrange the sticky rice bites on a platter, interspersing them with ripe mango slices.
