  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup bacon slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat. In a large bowl, combine the beef, chicken, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, pineapple, and bacon. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to evenly coat.
  2. Thread the ingredients onto metal or wooden skewers, alternating between meat, vegetables, and fruit. Discard any remaining marinade in the bowl.
  3. Grill the skewers for 6 8 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
