Copycat Famous Restaurant’s Street-Food Twist Tailgate Game Day Lunch

Ingredients

• 4 large hot dogs
• 4 hot dog buns
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup yellow mustard
• 1/4 cup pickle relish
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup french fries, cooked and seasoned
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1/2 cup sliced pickles
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, pickle relish, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the secret sauce. Set aside.
2. Preheat your grill or griddle pan to medium high heat. Grill the hot dogs until they are cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let them rest for a minute.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm up the secret sauce for a couple of minutes. Add the grilled hot dogs and cook for an additional 2 3 minutes to reheat.
4. Assemble your hot dogs by placing each one in a bun, topping with shredded mozzarella cheese, french fries, chopped onions, pickles, and secret sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
