Instructions

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, until the pork is tender and falling apart.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
  4. Remove the pork from the pot and shred it using two forks.
  5. Spoon the shredded pork onto hot grill grates to sizzle, cooking for 2 3 minutes per side.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
